Deserving patients are highly subsidized subjected to management discretion. Good time is spent with patients in counselling and the focus in on holistic healing and not physical healing alone. Emphasis on "Know and Own Your Health," through awareness programs and health education thus helping patients and their families to take informed decisions in prevention rather than relying only on curative services.
