Unicorpus Health Foundation (UHF), established in 2015 in Hyderabad, is a non-profit under Section 8 of the Companies Act 2013.
It offers affordable, ethical, evidence-based, and holistic healthcare.
UHF holds 80G and 12A approvals for tax-exempt donations.
Inspired by Dr. Ida Scudder’s vision, it began with a unique Senior Citizen Polyclinic for geriatric care.

Our Governance
Board - Strategic Direction
The Board provides overarching strategic leadership, guiding Unicorpus Health in fulfilling its mission and long-term objectives. It ensures that governance frameworks are robust, ethical standards are upheld, and patient-centred care remains at the heart of all institutional decisions.
Core Group - Advisory Role
The Core Group functions in an expert advisory capacity. Comprising senior clinicians and industry specialists, the group offers insights on clinical excellence, emerging best practices, and service innovation, supporting the institution’s commitment to quality improvement and patient safety.
Operations Team – Strategy Implementation
The Operations Team is responsible for implementing strategic plans set forth by the Board. It oversees day-to-day functions, ensures regulatory compliance, and translates strategic goals into effective clinical and administrative practice across all departments.
